Electrification of Rooms No. 321 to 340 and LT/HT Rooms at Block S Pak Secretariat Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad invites bids for the electrification works of rooms numbered 321 to 340 (15 rooms) located at the 3rd floor general wing side and electrification of LT/HT rooms at Block S, Pak Secretariat Islamabad. This tender is issued by the Mechanical Division-II of CDA. Items being procured: - One fan point or one light point or one bell point, controlled by one switch, wiring complete with PVC, single core cable 1.5 mm2, with PVC channel patty, supply and fixing (65 Pts) - LED strips light 4 feet, 36 watt 220/240 volts for wall or ceiling mounted approved type premium, supply and fixing (65 Nos) - PVC conduit 50mm dia completed with all bends, tees, boxes saddles etc. for surface wiring supply and fixing (70 Mtr) - PVC channel rectangular, 25 mm complete for surface wiring, supply and fixing (400 Mtr) - PVC conduit, 20 mm dia, complete with all bends, tees, boxes, saddles etc for surface wiring and concealed wiring, supply and fixing (154 Mtr) - Wiring in conduit surface, concealed, flame proof, with single core PVC insulated cable, installed and connected complete (excluding conduit) single core cable, 6 mm2, supply and fixing (900 Mtr) - Wiring in conduit surface, concealed, flame proof, with single core PVC insulated cable, installed and connected complete (excluding conduit) single core cable, 1.5 mm2, supply and fixing (360 Mtr) - Multi socket Light Plug, 10A, 250 V including PVC/steel back box with proper screws complete, supply and fixing (106 Nos) - Gang Power Socket, 15A, 250 V including PVC/steel back box with proper screws complete, supply and fixing (30 Nos) - MCCB, SP, 6 to 63 A (Breaking capacity 6 KA), supply and fixing (40 Nos) - MCCB, 3 Pole 500/600 V, 50/60 cycles, complete with thermal and magnetic trips, 75 to 100 A (breaking capacity 2.5 KA), supply and fixing (2 Nos) - Distribution Board, steel sheet (16 BG) with hinged cover, having locking arrangement, enamel painted, suitable for housing of different capacities of MCCBs etc (as required), supply and fixing. Size = (18"X24") 02 Nos DB's (0.6 Sq.Mtr) The technical scope includes complete electrical wiring, installation of lighting and power points, supply and fixing of conduits, cables, sockets, MCCBs, and distribution boards as per MES Schedule 2021. The work is to be carried out at the 3rd floor general wing side and LT/HT rooms at Block S, Pak Secretariat Islamabad. Eligible contractors should have relevant PEC category for electrical works, be registered with FBR and ATL, and have experience in similar government electrification projects. Earnest money of Rs. 25,678/- is required in the form of call deposit. Tender documents can be obtained from the Divisional Office on payment of Rs. 1000/- non-refundable. Tenders must be submitted in sealed covers with the name of work clearly written on the envelope. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Deputy Director Mechanical Division-II CDA Islamabad. The closing date for submission is 7 days from the publish date or as specified by CDA.
