DHQ Teaching Hospital Timergara, Dir Lower, is inviting bids from reputed national manufacturers, firms, distributors, retailers, and authorized sole agents for the supply of various items and services for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014, and all interested suppliers are encouraged to participate in this competitive process. Items being procured: - Local purchase of Emergency Medicines and Zakat Medicines (CDR: 10,00,000 PKR) - Public Call Office (PCO) and Photocopy Shop (Monthly rent, CDR: 2 percent of quoted bid) - Public Washroom (Monthly Rent, Only Non-Muslim can apply, CDR: 2 percent of quoted bid) - Biological Vaccines (CDR: 200,000 PKR) - Contingency items (Leftover items, CDR: 100,000 PKR) The technical scope covers the supply of emergency and zakat medicines, biological vaccines, and the operation of public call office, photocopy shop, and public washroom services within the hospital premises. The contract period will be effective till 30-06-2027. Bidders must ensure compliance with all specifications and terms as outlined in the bidding documents, which can be obtained from the hospital office during working hours or downloaded from EPAD. Eligibility criteria include registration with E-PAD, KPRA, and FBR, as well as submission of bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as specified for each item or service. Only original firm letterhead bids will be accepted; handwritten or edited bids will be rejected. Bids must be uploaded on EPAD and submitted in hard form via GPO/Registered Post by 11:00 AM on 27-08-2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM through EPAD in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules, and proprietary certificates must be attached where applicable.
