Procurement of Emergency Medicines, Medical Equipment, IT Equipment, and Supplies for District Health Office Malakand at Batkhela FY 2026-27

The District Health Officer, Malakand at Batkhela, invites eligible manufacturers, importers, distributors, suppliers, contractors, and authorized dealers to participate in the procurement process for a wide range of goods and services required for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Local Purchase of Emergency Medicines (Bid Security: PKR 100,000) - Surgical Disposables and Medicines (PKR 50,000) - Vaccines and Biologicals (PKR 20,000) - Dental Items (PKR 20,000) - Laboratory and Blood Bank Reagents/Chemicals (PKR 100,000) - Medical Gases and Allied Items (PKR 50,000) - Furniture and Fixtures (PKR 20,000) - Electrical and Plumbing Items (PKR 20,000) - Contingency Items (PKR 20,000) - Medical Instruments and Equipment (PKR 30,000) - Information Technology (IT) Equipment (PKR 100,000) - X-Ray Films (PKR 50,000) - Stationery Items (PKR 30,000) - Bedding and Clothing Items (PKR 20,000) - ECG and Ultrasound Accessories/Items (PKR 20,000) - Printing and Publication (PKR 10,000) - Repair of Equipment and Vehicles (PKR 50,000) The contract rates will remain valid up to 30 June 2027. Bidders must submit electronic bids via the e-PADS portal and provide original bid security (CDR) to the office of the District Health Officer, Malakand at Batkhela, by 11:00 AM on 08 September 2026. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. All bidders must be registered with e-PADS, FBR, and KPRA. For items 1 to 3, a valid Category-A Drug Sale License is mandatory. Each item/service requires a separate bid. Handwritten or unauthenticated bids will be rejected. A practical tip: Ensure your bid security is prepared exactly as specified and reach the office well before the deadline to avoid last-minute courier delays, as late submissions will not be entertained.
