Tender Description
The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, C&W Division No. II Swat at Matta, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and bidders for emergent nature works and construction projects in Swat district. The procurement is conducted under the KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules 2014, using a single stage single envelope procedure through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS).
Items being procured:
- AOM&R Emergent Nature works (Removal of Slips/Debris & Snow) from all C&W Roads in C&W Division No. II Swat at Matta for the year 2026-27, Sub Head: Emergent Nature Work in Highway Sub Division Matta
- AOM&R Emergent Nature works (Removal of Slips/Debris & Snow) from all C&W Roads in C&W Division No. II Swat at Matta for the year 2026-27, Sub Head: Emergent Nature Work in Highway Sub Division K/Khela
- Construction of Approaches to Mashkomai Culvert Tehsil Khwaza Khela under ADP No. 251257 Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative in District Swat
The technical scope includes removal of slips, debris, and snow from roads to ensure safe passage and the construction of culvert approaches to improve infrastructure connectivity. The works require PEC category C-6 and above. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of CDR as per KPPRA Notification No.S.R.O 14 Vol: 1-24/2021 22/6058-71 dated 10.05.2022. All bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act, 2013 Act No. XXI of 2013.
The last date and time for submission of bids is 22nd July 2026 at 12:00 hours, with financial bids opening on the same day at 2:00 PM. The venue for bid opening is the Office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division No. II Swat at Matta.
