Emergent Nature of Work for Removal of Land Sliding & Slips on C&W Roads in Haripur, Khanpur & Ghazi

The Construction and Works Highway Division Haripur under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is inviting bids for emergent nature of work during the financial year 2026-27 in the Tehsils of Haripur, Khanpur, and Ghazi. This procurement is focused on the removal of land sliding and slips on C&W roads and other related works as identified by the Engineer in-charge under AOM&R funds on a fixed lump sum cost basis. Items being procured: - Removal of Land Sliding & Slips on C&W Roads in Haripur, Khanpur & Ghazi The technical scope requires the contractor to provide machinery in working condition including 3 Excavators, 3 Four-wheel Tractors, and 1 Front Shawl. The contractor must clear roads under the jurisdiction of the C&W Department and any other areas identified by the Engineer in-charge from debris, obstruction, landslides, snow, or any other material causing vehicular traffic blockage. The contractor is responsible not only for removal but also for formation and leveling of the roadway to ensure full width vehicular traffic flow after blockage incidents. Mobilization at the site of blockage must occur within 24 hours of reporting. Eligibility criteria include registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act 2013, possession of the required PEC category C-6, and compliance with KAPPRA procurement rules 2014. Bidders must submit Earnest Money in the form of CDR and follow the E-PAD system for bid submission. The tender fee is PKR 2100 and the bid security is PKR 149000. The contract duration is as per the work order with payments scheduled 70% in the last week of September 2026 and 30% in the last week of December 2026.
