The Communication and Works Highway Division Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites tenders through the E-PAD system for emergent nature of work during the financial year 2026-27 in Tehsil Haripur, Khanpur, and Ghazi. The contractor is responsible for keeping roads open with full formation width for usual vehicular traffic and for formation of roadways and leveling dressing. The contractor must provide and maintain machinery in working condition including 3 excavators, 3 four-wheel tractors, and 1 front shawl. The contractor must mobilize within 24 hours of blockage reporting and maintain offices in each Tehsil with authorized representatives for emergency duties. Eligibility requires registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under Finance Act 2013 and compliance with KPPRA procurement rules. PEC category C-6 is required. Earnest money of Rs. 149,000 and tender fee of Rs. 2,100 apply. The contract remains effective under normal circumstances until 31 December 2026, with special provisions for emergency situations declared by PDMA.
