Energization of Sector 2-D (C-4), PC-01 West Avenue, PC-04 West Avenue and Sec-1 Feedback Supply

The Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority City Karachi (DHAC) is procuring energization works for Sector 2-D (C-4), PC-01 West Avenue, PC-04 West Avenue, and Sec-1 Feedback Supply in Karachi. This project involves electrical works including supply and installation of electrical infrastructure to energize the specified sectors within DHA City Karachi. Contractors and firms interested in this project must have valid PEC registration in Category C4 or above, with PEC codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-04, and EE-05. Active taxpayer status with FBR and SRB is mandatory. The tender documents can be obtained from the Design & Contracts Directorate DHAC Karachi located at Super Highway M-9 DHA City Karachi during working hours starting from 06 July 2026 upon submission of a written request along with valid PEC registration certificate and payment of a non-refundable bid document fee of Rs 10,000 in the form of a Pay Order favoring DHA City Karachi. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 16 July 2026 at 1430 hours in the Main Conference Room of DHA City Karachi. Sealed bids must be delivered to the Design & Contracts Directorate DHAC Karachi on or before 29 July 2026 by 1430 hours. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1500 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives with authority letters. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the bid amount in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Insurance Bond in favor of DHA City Karachi must accompany the financial bid.
