This tender invites expert consultancy for a Comprehensive Energy Audit and the design of an Intelligent Energy Ecosystem for Walton Cantonment Board in Lahore, focusing on advanced energy management solutions. The project targets the municipal jurisdiction of Walton Cantt, covering water supply infrastructure, public lighting, and office facilities, aiming to reduce energy costs and optimize consumption through innovative digital technologies.
The scope includes a Level-II/III energy audit, creation of a geo-spatial Digital Twin integrating SCADA and smart metering, and AI-driven load management systems. The consultant will assess current workflows, grid reliability, and system readiness for automation, followed by designing a cloud-native information system and legal frameworks for cheaper power procurement. The project demands a joint venture of international tech firms and local engineering partners to ensure innovation and local compliance.
Bidders must hold valid NTN and PRA registrations, be free from blacklisting, and demonstrate financial capability. PEC category and FBR/ATL compliance for the 2025-26 financial year are essential.
