Tender Description
Walton Cantonment Board Lahore seeks consultancy services for a comprehensive energy audit and implementation of intelligent energy optimization solutions. The tender covers energy audit, efficiency assessment, and energy management design for various installations in Lahore. The scope includes electrical infrastructure, street lights, public parks, office buildings, and energy monitoring systems.
The work involves conducting Level-II or Level-III investment grade audits, establishing energy baselines, identifying significant energy users, and recommending capital and operational cost reductions. The project aims to optimize energy consumption and reduce electricity costs through smart technologies across Walton Cantonment Board assets.
Eligible firms must hold NTN/PRA registration, have certified energy auditors, and demonstrate experience with similar projects and international organizations. Proposals must be submitted via E-PADS by 15 January 2026 at 1500 hrs. The procurement follows QCBS under PPRA rules.
