Tender Description
This tender invites qualified manufacturers and authorized suppliers to provide and install energy meters along with related instruments at the Chashma Hydel Power Station in Punjab. The project involves supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 10 energy meters, level transducers, flow gauges, temperature indicators, and other electrical components essential for efficient power station operations.
The site at Chashma requires precise and reliable equipment to ensure accurate energy measurement and system monitoring. Suppliers must be prepared to meet technical specifications and deliver within 120 days, addressing the engineering challenges of integrating new meters into an existing hydropower infrastructure.
Bidders should ensure they hold a valid PEC category relevant to electrical equipment supply and maintain active registration with FBR and ATL for the fiscal year 2025-26. Compliance with these requirements is crucial to avoid disqualification. The Earnest Money must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Resident Engineer, HPS Chashma.
The submission deadline is set for 10th February 2026, with electronic bids to be submitted via the EPADS portal before closing. Bids will be opened the same day at 1400 hours in the Conference Room of Chashma Hydel Power Station. Additionally, one sealed hard copy of the bid must be delivered to the Resident Engineer's office.
Pro-Tip: Make sure to verify the exact stamp duty and bid security requirements as stated in the newspaper advertisement and EPADS documents, as these are commonly overlooked and can lead to bid rejection.
