Port Qasim Authority (PQA) Karachi is procuring comprehensive engineering consultancy services for planning, designing, and supervision of committed infrastructure facilities in the Eastern Industrial Zone (EIZ), specifically in Package-I, II, and II-A areas. This project aims to support industrial growth and logistics enhancement in Karachi by developing roads, stormwater drainage, water supply, sewerage, electrical utilities, and structural works. The consultancy scope includes detailed topographic and utility surveys, geotechnical and hydrological investigations, and preparation of resilient engineering designs suitable for industrial environments. The consultant will prepare tender documents, assist in procurement, and provide full-time construction supervision and contract administration. The services also cover environmental compliance, flood mitigation, and quality assurance. Eligible firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under relevant categories, have active FBR and Sindh Revenue Board registration, and demonstrate experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably industrial zones. Joint ventures are allowed with proper agreements. The technical proposal must include detailed methodology, work plan, and qualified key experts as per PEC requirements. Earnest Money in the form of Proposal Security of Rs. 2,000,000 is required. The financial proposal should separately state consultancy cost and applicable taxes. The contract duration is 48 months including defect liability period.
