Enhancement of Data Centre Facility Components at DR Site, Sargodha

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of enhancement components for the Data Centre Facility at the Disaster Recovery (DR) Site in Sargodha. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and involves a turnkey solution including supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, documentation, training, warranty, and handover of critical infrastructure components. Items being procured: - Two 25 kW CRAC Precision Cooling Units, DX air-cooled type with humidifiers for Data Centre - Two 7.5 kW CRAC Precision Cooling Units for UPS Room - Commissioning of indoor and outdoor cooling units including piping and electrical connections - Decommissioning and removal of two existing 8-ton LG comfort cooling units - Relocation of two existing 2-ton comfort cooling units from UPS room to LT room - Integration of major power and cooling components with Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM) solution - Design, supply, installation, and integration of Automatic Fire Detection & Suppression System including addressable FACP, FM-200 cylinders, VESDA system, NOVEC 1230 clean agent suppression system for UPS & LT room - Replacement of power cables along specified routes with 185 mm² single-core XLPE insulated copper cables - Supply and installation of four-input-source 400 A MCCB-rated Manual Operator Rotary (MOR) switch - Extension of power room covered area by approximately 123 sq. ft. including masonry, RCC foundation, and fire-rated finishes - Provision and installation of fire-rated metallic door, fire-rated false ceiling, LED panel lights, and CCTV cameras - Supply and installation of Vertiv Power Module PM20 units for existing UPS - Earthing system with complete bonding and testing The technical scope includes precision cooling with DX air-cooled units, fire detection and suppression systems compliant with NFPA and UL standards, power cable replacement with high-quality copper cables, and civil works for power room extension. All equipment must be brand new, compliant with international standards, and supported by a comprehensive one-year warranty. Eligibility requires bidders to be registered companies with relevant experience in precision cooling and data centre infrastructure, valid FBR registration, and compliance with NADRA's technical and financial criteria. Bidders must submit bids electronically via EPADS v2.0 and provide original bid security physically before the deadline.
