Procurement of Tonners, Paper Shredders & Fire Safety Items

Independent System & Market Operator (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO) invites electronic bids through PPRA's e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal for the procurement of Tonners, Paper Shredders & Fire Safety Items. This procurement is aimed at fulfilling the operational needs of ISMO located in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Tonners - Paper Shredders - Fire Safety Items The bidding process will be conducted under the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure as per Public Procurement Rules (PPR) 2004 and related regulations and guidelines issued by the Authority. Interested bidders must be registered suppliers on the EPADS portal to participate. Bidders intending to participate in more than one lot must submit a single Bid Security instrument in favor of ISMO (NTN H239814) covering the aggregate Bid Security amounts for all lots. All prospective bidders are required to submit the original Bid Security instrument on or before the bid submission deadline. Failure to submit the original Bid Security within the stipulated time will render the bid non-responsive and disqualified from further evaluation. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal on or before 13th November 2026 at 10:00 Hrs. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1030 Hrs. If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, the bids will be opened on the next working day. This tender is a good opportunity for suppliers registered on EPADS to supply essential office and safety equipment to a key national operator.
