Items being procured: - Enhancing agriculture productivity through on farm water management for different UCs at District Sherani The technical scope includes water supply, general civil engineering works, and solar installation. The bidding firm must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-5 and above (up to 65 million) with specialized codes CE09(ii) for Water Supply, CE10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works, and EE11(vi) for Solar Installation. The firm must have completed at least 3 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 20,745,249 in the last 3 years, showing financial capacity. Audit reports and balance sheets for FY 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25 must be submitted. The bid security is 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call. Tender fee is non-refundable and payable at any National Bank of Pakistan branch in Balochistan through EPPS challan.
