Contractors must have relevant experience and PEC registration. Only contractors on the approved MES list with categories A, B, C, D, or E and sufficient experience are eligible. Tenders must be submitted by 1130 hours on 30 October 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day. Applications for tender documents must include credentials and past work details.
