EP-63 Safe loading, Unloading, Carriage, Transportation, Assembling, Excavation, Erection, Complete Earthing, Making of Concrete Foundation, Curing and Back Filling of HT Steel Structure (58') Under the XEN South Construction Division LESCO

The Project Director Construction Circle, Lahore Electricity Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed bids for the procurement of works under the contract titled EP-63 Safe loading, Unloading, Carriage, Transportation, Assembling, Excavation, Erection, Complete Earthing, Making of Concrete Foundation, Curing and Back Filling of HT Steel Structure (58') under the jurisdiction of XEN South Construction Division LESCO in Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal. Items being procured: - Safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, and erection of HT Steel Structure (58 feet) from Regional Store LESCO (Shalimar) to various sites (69 units) - Making of Concrete Foundation and Back Filling of HT Steel Structure 58' (Size: 996mm x 996mm x 3020mm) (69 units) - Installation of Earthing Set (Complete) along with welding (69 units) The scope includes safe handling and transportation of HT steel structures, foundation construction with concrete mix 1:2:4, complete earthing installation with welding, and backfilling as per specifications. The work is to be executed under the supervision of the XEN South Construction Division LESCO with a delivery period of 365 days. Eligible bidders must have a valid PEC license in categories EE-04 and EE-05 for the year 2026-27, valid CNIC, registration with PRA and FBR with active taxpayer status, and must not be blacklisted. Bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee is required. Experience certificates and satisfactory performance certificates from DISCOs or similar organizations are mandatory. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Technical and financial proposals must be complete and signed. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price.
