French Moulding Works at Karachi Airport Into-plane Facility

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for French moulding works at the Karachi Airport Into-plane facility. This procurement involves the supply and installation of PVC mouldings with custom fiber French-style decorative moulding to walls or ceilings as per approved interior design elevations. The scope includes precise measuring, cutting, miter-jointing at corners, and secure fixing of fiber moulding profiles using premium construction adhesives and concealed fasteners. The comprehensive rate covers supply of fiber moulding, seamless filling of all fastener holes and joints with architectural-grade sealants, and fine sanding to ensure a smooth, flush surface ready for painting, which is excluded from this contract and will be done separately. Items being procured: - Supply and installation of PVC mouldings (1,560 SFT) The contractor must provide all labor, tools, tackles, and materials. Strict adherence to HSE and security standards is mandatory, including provision and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment such as safety shoes, hard hats, goggles, gloves, face masks, lifelines, and safety harnesses. The contractor is responsible for rectifying any damage to PSO property at no extra cost and must ensure skilled manpower is deployed. All construction waste and debris must be removed from the site. Airport entry passes and police verifications for all workers are the contractor's responsibility. The scope and quantities may be adjusted per PSO requirements with formal change orders. PSO reserves the right to disqualify suppliers or contractors submitting false or incomplete qualification information. Liquidated damages of 0.1% per day, up to 10% of the contract value, apply for delays beyond the stipulated completion time. The entire work must be completed within 30 days after issuance of the Service Order. Interested bidders should prepare their technical and financial bids accordingly and submit before the deadline.
