Providing and Laying HDPE Pipes, Sewerage Lines, Cleaning, and Paver Block Flooring Works in TMC Model Colony Karachi

The Town Municipal Corporation Model Colony Karachi invites bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure through the Sindh E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for multiple civil works related to water supply, sewerage, and road improvements in various Union Councils of Model Colony, District Korangi. These works include providing and laying 3", 4", 6", 10", 12", and 15" diameter HDPE pipes for internal streets, sewerage line installation and cleaning, desilting of sewerage lines and manholes, reconstruction of damaged manholes, and repair and laying of cement paver block flooring in different wards and UCs. Items being procured: - Providing and Laying of 3" & 4" HDPE pipe for Internal Streets of Gilanabad, UC-02 - Providing & Laying 12" Dia Sewerage Line including Cleaning and Desilting of 12" and 18" Sewerage Lines & Manholes at UC-7 - Providing & Laying 12" Dia Sewerage Line at different Streets of UC-2 - Providing and Laying of 3", 4" and 6" Dia HDPE pipe for Internal Streets of UC-02 - Providing & Laying 12" Dia Sewerage Line from Anwar Ul Uloom to Khawaja Estate, UC-7 - Providing and Laying of 3" & 6" Dia HDPE pipe from Bait Ul Quran Madarsa to Rafi Pride Rangers Chowki, UC-07 - Providing & Laying 15" Dia Sewerage Line from Gohar Green to Bhopal House, UC-7 - Providing and Laying of 6" Dia HDPE pipe at Juma Goth pumping station near Old Jama Milia Road, UC-07 - Cleaning and Desilting of 12" and 18" Sewerage Lines & Manholes including Providing & Laying of Damaged pipes, Manholes Rings, Covers and Reconstruction of Damaged Manholes in UC-7 - Providing and Laying of 3" and 4" Dia HDPE pipe for Internal Streets of UC-01 - Providing and Laying of 3", 4" and 6" Dia HDPE pipe for Internal Streets of UC-01 - Providing & Laying 15" Dia Sewerage Line from Gohar Green to Al Amin Society, UC-7 - Providing and Laying 10" Dia Water line from G-113/B Kashmir Hotel to Tanga Stand, UC-04 - Providing, Laying and Fixing cement Paver Block flooring for Ghanchi Mohalla ward 01 UC-05 - Providing, Laying and Fixing cement Paver Block flooring for Muhammadi Dera and Ashraf Garden Ward 04, UC-05 - Repair of Cement Paver Block Flooring including Providing, Laying & Fixing of missing paver Blocks from Bab e Khyber to Shamsi Masjid Via National Bank UC-08 - Providing, Laying and Fixing cement Kerb Stone along Gola Ganda, Rafa e Aam Park, and UC-08 Ward 3 - Rehabilitation and Improvement of Road from H.No C-17 OGDCL Society to DHS School Mustafabad UC-7 These works involve excavation, laying and fixing of HDPE pipes conforming to ISO standards, repair of leaking joints, installation of M.S. tail pieces and flanges, supply and installation of sluice valves, pumping and refilling of trenches, construction of manholes, and paver block flooring with specified materials and workmanship. Eligible contractors must have valid PEC registration, NTN and SRB registration, and relevant experience with at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% each in government or semi-government sectors. Bid security of 5% of estimated cost in the form of pay order is mandatory. Tender documents costing Rs. 2,000/- are available on the EPADS portal and must be submitted along with bids through the EPADS system only. Physical bids without e-submission will be rejected. The bids will be opened on 26th October 2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer (B&R), TMC Model Colony, Karachi. Un-responded tenders will be re-issued with submission deadline on 12th November 2026. The contract period is 60 days with liquidated damages of Rs. 3,000/- per day for delay, capped at 10% of contract value. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents, ensure all eligibility criteria and bid security requirements are met, and submit bids timely via EPADS. Proper documentation and adherence to SPPRA rules will be critical for successful participation.
