Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites bids through E-PADS V2.0 from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed for the year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Erection and allied stringing work for upraising of 66/132KV D/C T/Lines within the Metro Bus Project Corridor Jaranwala Road (Deposit Work) with BOQ cost Rs. 1.560 Million - Construction of 01-No. Cat-IV and 03-No. Cat-V Residences along with allied civil works at 132KV G/S Shrimp Estate Sargodha (Deposit Work) with BOQ cost Rs. 23.926 Million The technical scope includes electrical stringing and erection works for transmission lines and civil construction of residential units with allied civil works at specified sites. Contractors must have PEC registration with specialization codes EE-05 for stringing work and CE-10 for civil works. Bidders must have completed at least two contracts of similar nature with at least 40% of the estimated BOQ cost awarded by WAPDA, NTDC, or DISCOs within the last ten years. Active tax payer status (ATL) and income tax returns for the last three years are mandatory. Registration for sales tax with Punjab Revenue Authority is required. Average annual turnover should be at least half the amount of the contract value during the last three years certified by audited financial statements. Bid security of 5% on BOQ amount must be submitted in favor of Project Director GSC FESCO Faisalabad. The bid submission deadline is 29 October 2026 by 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, with bid opening at the office of Project Director GSC FESCO Faisalabad. Completion periods are 15 days for stringing work and 120 days for construction work. Original bid security must be submitted one day before opening date. Tender documents must be stamped and signed.
