Procurement of Essential Office Furniture for Newly Posted Officers/Staff of CRBC (LCG) Project, D.I.Khan

The CRBC (Lift Cum Gravity) Project under the Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites sealed bids for the procurement of essential office furniture on an emergent basis for newly posted officers and staff at the CRBC (LCG) Project site in Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is critical to ensure that the newly assigned personnel are provided with adequate office furnishings to facilitate their work efficiently and comfortably. Items being procured: - 10 Revolving Chairs (High Back, Spider base, approved color and design) - 10 Office Tables (60" x 30" with 3 drawers, good quality lamination, approved color and design) - 20 Cushioned Visitor Chairs (Steel frame, good quality, approved color and design) The furniture must meet the specifications approved by the Engineer in Charge, ensuring quality and durability suitable for office use. Delivery is expected within 15 days to the WAPDA Staff Colony, Dera Ismail Khan. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and comply with all legal and technical requirements. Bid security of PKR 20,000 in the form of Call at Deposit or a bid securing declaration is mandatory. Bids will be evaluated on a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 portal before the deadline of Friday, October 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 10:30 AM via EPADS v2.0.
