Procurement of 50 Counter Chairs at Multan International Airport

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) at Multan International Airport invites sealed bids for the procurement of 50 counter chairs under tender number MIAP/1438-02/080/MTSS/35. Customization options for armrest, base, and upholstery are offered. Bidders must submit samples of the counter chairs along with the original bid security before the closing date; bids without samples will be declared non-responsive and rejected. The delivery period is 30 days from the award of the purchase order. Bidders must be registered manufacturers or importers of furniture with relevant bodies such as SECP, FBR, or Chambers of Commerce and Industries. The bidding process will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0, with bids submitted online. The bid opening will also be conducted on EPADS. Bid security and performance guarantees are required as per the bidding documents. The evaluation will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all bids without liability.
