The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) is inviting qualified companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors to establish, operate, and maintain a tuck/coffee shop at Quetta International Airport. The concession space measures 129 square feet and is located in the International Departure Lounge. This opportunity is specific to Quetta city under the jurisdiction of the Pakistan Airports Authority.
The concession will be awarded for a period of five years with a 10% annual enhancement on the cumulative basis for subsequent years. Bids must meet or exceed the reserve price of **PKR 50,290 per month**. The technical scope includes managing the tuck/coffee shop operations efficiently within the specified area, ensuring quality service to airport passengers.
Eligible bidders must have a strong financial background, good reputation, and relevant experience. The technical evaluation carries 80% weightage, emphasizing the importance of a comprehensive technical bid. Bidders must provide a written request with a copy of CNIC and NTN certificate to obtain tender forms, along with a non-refundable payment of **PKR 5,000** via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority.

These must be submitted to the office of the Airport Manager/COO at Quetta International Airport by **28-04-2026 at 11:00 AM**.
