Establishment of Children Hospital at Bahawalpur under ADP Scheme No. 247/2026-27

The Communication & Works Department, Executive Engineer Buildings Division No.1 Bahawalpur invites bids for the establishment of Children Hospital at Bahawalpur under ADP Scheme No. 247/2026-27. This procurement is for two major works: - Establishment of Children Hospital at Bahawalpur, Group No.1: Construction of Inpatient Block, Construction of OHF 50000 Gallon, Provision of vertical turbine pump 0.5 cusec/16 bar, Boring Lowering & Pumping Chamber, Parking Sheds, External Development and MEPCO Charges - Establishment of Children Hospital at Bahawalpur, Group No.2: Construction of OPU Block, Emergency Block, Main Lobby/Link Passage, Service Block, Guest Store, Doctor's Hostel, Male/Female 2-4 beds, Waiting area, Construction of Boundary Wall & Gates The estimated costs are Rs. 2.767.589 million and Rs. 2.176.988 million respectively. The contract duration for both works is 24 months. Earnest money deposits are Rs. 1,383,794.50 and Rs. 1,063,494.50 respectively. Tender security and bid submission must be done electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). No physical CDRs will be accepted. Bidders must be registered with PEC for the current financial year 2026-27 in the relevant category. The bidding process follows Single Stage Single Envelope as per PPRA Rules 38(1). The tender documents and detailed requirements are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bidders should quote rates online on an item rate basis against each item of the BOQ before 11:00 AM. The bid opening will be held on 31.10.2026 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Commissioner Office, Bahawalpur Division, Bahawalpur. Performance guarantee of 10% of the bid amount is required. Bids found corrupt or containing viruses will be rejected as per PPRA Regulations 2024.
