Pre-Qualification of Firms for Provision and Construction of Services, Facilities, and Buildings at Multiple Locations

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications along with credentials for the pre-qualification of firms by ACE P-02 for the provision and construction of certain services, facilities, and buildings across multiple locations including Kamra, Taxila, Rawalpindi, Chaklala, Islamabad, Lahore, Sargodha, Kallar Kahar, Chakwal, Sialkot, Multan, D.G. Khan, Muzaffarabad, Swat, Peshawar, Petaro, Karachi, Hyderabad, Shah Bandar, Sujawal, Quetta, Khuzdar, Jewani, Pasni, Ormara, Turbat, and Gawadar. Items being procured: - Provision and construction of services - Facilities - Buildings at the listed locations Firms must provide details including work orders, project locations, and pictures of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificates from users. Eligible firms should have experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works/services and must be registered with PEC in the relevant field. Only firms enlisted with PEC in Category C-2 and above with validity up to June 2027 are eligible. Preference will be given to contractors enlisted with MES in Categories A, B, and C. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% refundable bid security. Firms must also be pre-qualified with the Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi, and have no special reports or outstanding recoveries related to DI&E. Tenders will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be received in ACE P-02 office by 1130 hours on 29 October 2026, with opening at 1200 hours the same day. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The accepting officer reserves the right to reject any or all applications as per para-33 of PPRA rules-2004.
