Repair and Renovation Works of Sanitary and Wooden Items at Prof. Dr. Ashiq Hall and Prof. Dr. Younas Hall, CVAS, Jhang

The University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Lahore, invites engineering firms and contractors to tender for repair and renovation works at its College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (CVAS) located in Jhang. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement system at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk in accordance with the latest PPRA rules. Items being procured: - Repair and Renovation / P/F of sanitary & wooden items at Prof. Dr. Ashiq Hall, CVAS, Jhang - Repair and Renovation of sanitary & wooden items at Prof. Dr. Younas Hall, CVAS, Jhang The scope includes comprehensive repair and renovation of sanitary fittings and wooden items at two halls within the CVAS Jhang campus. The estimated costs are Rs. 827,277 for Ashiq Hall and Rs. 862,451 for Younas Hall, with a completion period of 60 days for each. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated price is required for each lot. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and valid for FY 2026-27. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System; manual bids will not be accepted. A 5% bid security in favor of the Treasurer, UVAS Lahore, must be submitted electronically as per the prescribed procedure. The successful bidder will also be required to submit a 10% performance guarantee. The tender opening will be held on 30/10/2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the Project Director, Building & Works Department, UVAS Lahore.
