Providing and Fixing of Curtains at University of Rasul

The University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin invites reputable firms registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Department for Income Tax / PST / GST purposes with an active taxpayer profile and adequate experience to participate in the procurement of providing and fixing curtains at the University of Rasul in Mandi Bahauddin. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Providing and Fixing of Curtains Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk) and can download bid documents in English containing detailed item specifications, quantities, and terms and conditions. Bid documents are also available on the Punjab PPRA website (ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the University of Rasul website (www.putrasul.edu.pk). Technical and Financial Bids must be duly completed, signed, stamped, and submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System along with a scanned copy of the Bid Security Instrument and affidavit. The original affidavit must be submitted in the office of the Director Purchase, University of Rasul, on or before the bid submission deadline. Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments such as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Pay Order (PO), or Bank Guarantee will be accepted. The complete e-bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical bids will be opened on 27-10-2026 at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room, University of Rasul, in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. If the last date of submission falls on a holiday, the next working day will be considered. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and ensure all documents are complete and compliant to avoid rejection. Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security is mandatory.
