The Buildings Division No. 2 Rawalpindi invites e-tenders from Engineering Firms / Contractors for the establishment of Civil Enforcement Stations of P.E.R.A in Punjab (Phase-II) at Taxila District Rawalpindi. The procurement is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) under PPRA's newly introduced online rules. The tender documents are available online and must be downloaded, signed, and stamped with a copy of PEC license before submission. Items being procured: - Establishment of Civil Enforcement Stations of P.E.R.A in Punjab (Phase-II) One at Taxila District Rawalpindi (ADP No.3498) The project requires contractors to have a valid PEC license renewed for the current financial year and to meet all technical and financial requirements as per the tender documents. Bidders must submit a 5% Bid Security electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order. The Technical and Financial Bids will be submitted online, and the Technical Opening will be held on 21.09.2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Commissioner Rawalpindi Division. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and ATL, valid PEC license, and compliance with PPRA rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Manual bids are not accepted.
