Tender Description
Municipal Committee Chakwal invites electronic bids from eligible and registered Contractors/Firms/Companies for the establishment and construction of the Municipal Committee Hall in Chakwal through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System).
Items being procured:
- Establishment/Construction of Municipal Committee Hall, MC Chakwal
The project involves construction work as per sanctioned estimates, technical sanction, specifications, and BOQ. The completion period is 08 months. Bidders must be registered with PEC, FBR, PRA, and Punjab e-Procurement System, possessing valid NTN/PNTN and active taxpayer status. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the prescribed form. Electronic bids must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 10.10.2026 up to 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
Mandatory PEC registration for 2026 with relevant specialization and category is required. Additional performance security and quality assurance security may be applicable as per Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules, 2017. The procurement follows Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended) and Regulations, 2024. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids before issuance of work order.
