The contractors must be registered/renewed with PEC for the current financial year and produce the original PEC license mentioning the requisite specifications/code. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments like CDR will be accepted. The bid security must be submitted electronically as per PPRA rules. The bids will be opened on 14.10.2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Commissioner Rawalpindi Division. The lowest evaluated responsive bidder will be announced accordingly. The projects involve construction and rehabilitation works at various educational and administrative buildings in Rawalpindi Cantt.
