Establishment of Data Processing Labs for New Generation National Geodetic Datum of Pakistan (Datum Project)

Survey of Pakistan (SoP) invites e-bids under the project titled Establishment of New Generation National Geodetic Datum of Pakistan (Datum Project). The procurement is for the establishment of Data Processing Labs to support this national geodetic initiative. The bidding follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and is open to active taxpayers with valid PEC registration, GST, and NTN. Items being procured: - Data Processing Labs establishment including hardware and software components as per detailed BoQs available on PPRA and SoP websites. Earnest Money (Call at Deposit) must be submitted to Survey of Pakistan, No. 6 Unit, Faizabad, Murree Road, Rawalpindi, addressed to the Chairman Purchase Committee, Datum Project. Bids must be uploaded on PPRA EPADS 2.0 portal by 30-10-2026 at 11:00 hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hrs. This tender requires bidders to have valid PEC registration and be active taxpayers with GST and NTN compliance.
