Establishment of Departmental Sterilization Units, Laundry, Revamping of Operation Theatres and Medical Gases System (Turnkey Project)

Khyber College of Dentistry (KCD-MTI) invites sealed bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from eligible bidders registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax, and reflected on the Active Tax Payer (ATL) list of FBR for the project titled Establishment of Departmental Sterilization Units, Laundry, Revamping of Operation Theatres and Medical Gases System (Turnkey Project). Items being procured: - Establishment of Departmental Sterilization Units - Laundry - Revamping of Operation Theatres - Medical Gases System This turnkey project involves comprehensive civil and mechanical works including installation and revamping of medical gas systems, sterilization units, and laundry facilities within the college premises. Bidders must ensure compliance with KCD specifications and submit bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favor of the Dean Khyber College of Dentistry. Only typed bids on original letterhead, sealed and signed, will be accepted; handwritten tenders are not acceptable. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the Khyber College of Dentistry website https://kcd.edu.pk/tenders and EPADS portal https://portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk after advertisement publication. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 18-08-2026 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room KCD. Bidders should study the bid documents thoroughly and bring queries in written form to the meeting. Queries not submitted in hard copy before the meeting will not be entertained. Technical and financial bids must be submitted as scanned PDF files through EPADS by 03-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. No hard copy of the bid will be accepted. Procurement will be conducted as per KP-PPRA Rules and Act. Pay Orders are not acceptable as bid security. Financial bids must be accompanied by irrevocable bid security from the bidder's bank account. An affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming bid security submission is required. Failure to comply will result in bid rejection. Khyber College of Dentistry reserves the right to cancel any or all bids under Rule 47 of KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority.
