Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the establishment of an E-Library for the Bar of Kashmore Court located in Kandhkot, Sindh. The District and Sessions Court, Kashmore at Kandhkot requires supply, installation, and commissioning of hardware, furniture, internet subscription, and software setup to modernize legal research facilities. The scope includes Intel Core i5 desktop systems, HP LaserJet printer, TP-Link router, ergonomic furniture, a 50-inch smart LED TV, webcams, headphones, and related accessories. The project aims to enhance access to legal resources and improve operational efficiency within the court complex.
The procurement involves delivering and installing all equipment at the District Courts Complex, Kandhkot, with a completion timeline of 30 days from contract award. The technical specifications emphasize quality and durability, including a one-year warranty on all hardware and installation services. The project also includes yearly internet and law site subscriptions to ensure continuous access to updated legal information.
Bidders must be registered contractors or suppliers with a minimum annual turnover of PKR 1 million over the last three fiscal years. Compliance with PEC categories is advised, and bidders should be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the FBR with valid NTN and GST registration.
