Establishment of E-Library at Taluka Courts Tharparkar Mithi

The District and Sessions Court, Tharparkar at Mithi is procuring the establishment of an E-Library specifically for the Taluka Courts at Tharparkar in Mithi. This procurement includes supply, installation, and commissioning of IT and office equipment to modernize the court's facilities. The technical scope covers a comprehensive setup including Intel Core i5 14th Gen desktops with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD, HP LaserJet all-in-one printer, TP-Link dual-band Wi-Fi 6 router, ergonomic furniture comprising laminated tables and mid-back revolving chairs, a 50-inch TCL Smart 4K UHD TV, yearly internet service, and law site subscriptions such as Pakistanlawsite and PLJ Online. Miscellaneous items like cabling and setup accessories are also included. The installation and configuration will be completed within 30 days from purchase order issuance. Eligible bidders must be registered contractors, manufacturers, authorized distributors, or experienced service providers with a minimum annual turnover of PKR 10 million over the last three fiscal years. They must have completed at least two similar contracts, be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR, and hold valid NTN, GST, and vendor numbers. Technical staff qualification and non-blacklisting under SPPRA rules are mandatory.
