Tender Description
The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) is procuring the establishment of eight fully equipped IT labs on a turnkey basis at Public Technical & Vocational Education and Training Institutes located in Karachi, Sindh. This procurement includes the supply and installation of a wide range of IT equipment and related services, ensuring a comprehensive setup for modern technical education.
The technical scope covers provision and installation of 75" interactive smart screens, OPS for interactive smart screens, desktop computers with screens, Wi-Fi routers, network switches, heavy duty and multi-function printers, inverter air conditioners with electric wiring, LAN works, computer tables and chairs for students and teachers, audio systems with microphones, electric wiring points, main power cables, grounding works, UPS systems, CCTV camera systems, enamel paint, tile flooring, tube lights, false ceilings, window roller blinds, hard wall paneling, window glass replacement, ceiling fans, and miscellaneous renovation works. All items must meet specified technical standards and warranty requirements.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and SECP as applicable, possess relevant PEC categories, and demonstrate experience with at least two IT-related projects worth PKR 150 million or more in the last three years. Additionally, bidders must have established at least 20 IT labs in the public sector during the past three years. Manufacturer's authorization letters and compliance with technical specifications are mandatory.
