Pre-Qualification of Firms for Repair and Maintenance Services at Pakistan Medical and Dental Council Islamabad

Pakistan Medical and Dental Council Islamabad is inviting pre-qualification proposals from reputable and well-established firms for repair and maintenance services of official vehicles, IT equipment, office furniture, building maintenance, and machinery. This procurement is specifically for services at the PM&DC Secretariat Building located in Mauve Area, Sector G-10/4 Islamabad. The scope includes repair and maintenance of official vehicles such as Suzuki, Honda, and Toyota with OEM mandatory, repair of building spaces including white wash, tile fixing, aluminum work, cleaning of large water reservoirs, and maintenance of office claddings. It also covers repair and maintenance of computer, printer, LCD/LED, laptops, software and hardware, internet/network cables, office furniture including chairs, tables, sofas, cupboards, and maintenance of machinery like photocopiers, air conditioners, water dispensers, CCTV, electric geysers, fans, and automatic sliding doors. Eligible bidders must be GST registered, have NTN, and be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. PEC certification is mandatory for certain lots. Firms must demonstrate sound financial position, relevant experience, and capability for timely service delivery. Earnest money of PKR 50,000 in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or CDR is required.
