Running of Hostel Mess Complex and Main Cafeteria at Air University BAHU Campus Shorkot

Air University Islamabad invites sealed bids for running the Hostel Mess Complex and Main Cafeteria at its newly established BAHU Campus located near PAF Base Rafiqui, Shorkot, District Jhang. This contract involves managing food services for approximately 400 to 500 students, faculty, and staff. The scope includes operation and management of the mess and cafeteria, provision and installation of kitchen equipment, crockery, serving counters, branding work, and additional furniture if required. Bidders must have a minimum of five years' experience running hostel messes and cafeterias, preferably in universities or reputed organizations. They must comply with Air University guidelines, offer monthly rents of PKR 50,000 or above for the cafeteria and PKR 100,000 or above for the hostels, and agree to pay utility bills on actual consumption. Affidavit confirming no blacklisting by any government or civil organization is mandatory. The contract duration is initially one year, extendable based on performance, with a 10% annual rent increase upon extension. Tender documents are available from 12 June 2026 at Air University Main Campus, Islamabad, and BAHU Campus, Shorkot. Bids must be submitted through EPADS and reach the Air University Main Campus, Sector E-9, Islamabad by 29 June 2026 at 1100 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours. Earnest money of PKR 40,000 in the form of CDR is required. The contract will be awarded on a quality-cum-cost basis.
