Establishment of Emergency Services 1122 Complex at Hunza

The Communication & Works Department Gilgit-Baltistan, B&R Division Hunza invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) bidding procedure from reputed and experienced contractors/firms/JVs registered with valid PEC Registration for the current Financial Year 2026-27 with relevant code for the work mentioned below. Items being procured: - Establishment of emergency services 1122 complex at Hunza This project involves the construction and establishment of an emergency services complex to support 1122 operations in Hunza. The work requires contractors with PEC registration category C-5 & above and code CE-10. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer upon submission of a non-refundable treasury challan. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration for 2026-27, renewal fee receipt of C&WD for the financial year 2026-27, CNIC of the bidder, and bid security in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank. No sick scheme or litigation certificates are required. Technical bids must be accompanied by bid security/earnest money and submitted to the Executive Engineer, B&R Division Hunza before the closing date. The bid opening will be held on 29.09.2026 at 12:30 pm, with bids opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 24.09.2026 at 11:00 am at the office of the Superintending Engineer C&WD Circle Office Hunza/Nagar.
