Tender Description
The Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority Lahore invites E-Bids from technically and financially strong contractors, firms, and suppliers registered on Punjab E-Procurement portal as per PPRA regulations-2024. The procurement is for the establishment of Feeder Market at Gojra, Mandi Bahauddin, Lahore. Items being procured:

The bidding document follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and is available for free download from the Punjab E-Procurement website from August 31st, 2026. Bidders must upload their bids on the PPRA E-Procurement portal. Earnest money in the form of bank guarantee amounting to Rs.3,644,749 is required. The technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically by 16.09.2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled at 11:30 AM the same day.
Eligibility criteria include valid PEC license for Financial Year 2025-26, active filer/tax payer status in FBR/NTN and PNTN, and compliance with PPRA regulations. Bidders must submit a hard copy of the technical book with original stamp at the time of bid opening. Performance guarantee up to 10% in the form of bank guarantee valid for three months beyond completion date is required.
The procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids that are incomplete, corrupt, or contain fake information. The bid validity period is 120 days. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and follow the official website for updates. One practical tip: ensure all documents are uploaded correctly on the Punjab E-Procurement system and maintain a hard copy of the technical bid with original stamps to avoid disqualification.
