Tender Description
The Executive Engineer-II Provincial Buildings and Roads District Lasbela invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of works for the year 2026 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on Percentage Rates. The procurement is for the establishment of an IT Hub at GGDC Bela BSD Phase 3 located in Uthal, Lasbela district. Items being procured:

This project involves civil engineering works under the general civil engineering category CE10(Q). The site is in Lasbela, and the work is to be completed as per the specifications and schedule rates provided. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be present in the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority is mandatory. Bidders must have completed at least two assignments each costing not less than PKR 3,745,000 in previous years demonstrating financial capacity. PEC registration in the relevant category and specialized code CE10(Q) is required.

Tender opening will be held the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer-II Provincial B&R District Lasbela.
