Tender Description
The Building Civil Works Planning & Housing Department District Chagai is procuring the establishment of an IT Skills Development Center (IT Hub) at Dalbandin, District Chagai. This project is part of the BSDI Phase-II and involves significant civil engineering works to develop a modern facility aimed at enhancing IT skills in the region.
The technical scope includes construction and development activities based on the composite schedule of rates 2023 G.O.B amended up-to-date. The project requires specialized civil engineering expertise under Pakistan Engineering Council category C-5 and above, with relevant codes CE-10(i). The contractor must have completed at least three similar assignments, demonstrating financial capacity with a turnover of at least PKR 25,804,100 in one of the previous financial years. The firm must also have valid registration for the year 2025-26, along with CDR and Green Challan submission.
Eligibility criteria include active registration on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayer List, Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and no blacklisting by any procuring agency in Pakistan. The firm must have completed at least three projects covering 60% of the estimated cost in the last five years.
