Establishment of Nawaz Sharif Medical District, Lahore Children Hospital-II and Institute of Genetics and Blood Diseases, Lahore

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites prequalification proposals for the establishment of the Nawaz Sharif Medical District, Lahore Children Hospital-II, and the Institute of Genetics and Blood Diseases in Lahore. This significant project involves the construction of buildings and comprehensive infrastructure development. The scope includes deployment of all necessary materials, labor, formwork, tools, and machinery to complete the works efficiently and to the highest standards. The project covers an extensive area of approximately 735,121 square feet and requires contractors with PEC Category C-A or higher. Eligible applicants must be registered on the EPADS system of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and comply with all applicable rules under PPRA 2014 (amended up to date). The estimated cost of this project is a substantial **PKR 18,819 Million**, reflecting the scale and complexity of the works.
