LEASE: Establishment and Operation of Baggage Wrapping Facility at Faisalabad International Airport

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the lease of the establishment and operation of a baggage wrapping facility at Faisalabad International Airport (FIAP). The concession is offered for a period of five (05) years with a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis during subsequent years. The reserve price for the lease is set at **PKR 306,000**. Only bids exceeding this reserve price will be entertained. Items being leased: - Establishment and operation of baggage wrapping facility in Domestic and International Briefing area at FIAP Faisalabad The facility will be operated under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer / Airport Manager at FIAP. Interested bidders must be registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. The technical evaluation will carry 80% weightage. Tender forms can be obtained from the office of Officer Incharge Commercial, FIAP Faisalabad, upon submission of a written request along with a copy of CNIC and NTN certificate. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000/- must be paid via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Tender documents, including separate sealed Technical and Financial offers, must be submitted in one envelope clearly marked with the concession name. Documents should be dropped in the designated tender box at the office of Airport Manager/COO, FIAP Faisalabad by the specified deadline. Late or conditional bids will not be accepted. Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per Income Tax Ordinance 2001. Bidders with outstanding dues to PAA are not eligible. Submission of fake or bogus documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting.
