LEASE: ATM/CDM Spaces in Peshawar BRT Bus Stations

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company) invites bids for the lease of ATM/CDM spaces located in various Peshawar BRT Bus Stations. This lease opportunity is offered under the Companies Act, 2017, and involves the management and maintenance of urban rapid transit projects assigned by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority. The assets are offered on an 'as is where is basis'. Items being leased: - ATM/CDM spaces at multiple BRT Bus Stations in Peshawar including number of stations, location, dimension, covered area, and reserve price as detailed in the bid solicitation documents. Prospective bidders may visit and inspect the ATM spaces at relevant BRT Peshawar Bus Stations in coordination with the office of the undersigned. Bid solicitation documents are available on the TransPeshawar website from the date of publication until the last day for submission. A bid security/earnest money of PKR 10,000 per ATM space in the form of CDR/DD from any scheduled bank of Pakistan must be submitted along with the bid. The bid security must be submitted from the bank account of the bidder. Bids must be submitted to the undersigned on or before 11:30 AM (PST), October 27, 2026. Bids will be opened at 12:00 PM (PST) on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives at the TransPeshawar office. The advertisement and documents are also available on the websites of TransPeshawar (http://transpeshawar.pk) and KPPRA (http://www.kppra.gov.pk). TransPeshawar reserves the right to cancel the auction process for cogent reasons. Bidders are advised to carefully inspect the ATM/CDM spaces and thoroughly review the bid documents before submission. Ensuring the earnest money is submitted from the bidder's own bank account will avoid disqualification.
