AUCTION: Old Bricks, Brick Bats and Roof Tiles at Pakistan Railways Multan

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Divisional Superintendent Office of Pakistan Railways in Multan invites bids for the auction of old bricks, brick bats, and roof tiles from Bungalow No.22-A, 22-B & 22-C located on old Bahwalpur Road, Multan. This auction is conducted under the supervision of the Assistant Engineer, Pakistan Railways, Multan, through a nominated committee. Items being auctioned: - Bricks (215,505 Nos) - Brick bats (2,550 Cft) - Roof tiles (6,738 Nos) The auction will take place at Multan Cantt Station on 26th October 2026. Sealed bids will be accepted on the auction date from 10:00 to 14:00 hours. Bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of Rs. 50,000/- via pay order or bank draft in favor of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Multan. The bids will be opened at 15:00 hours by the Auction Committee in the presence of bidders. Detailed terms and conditions, along with material details, are available at the Way & Works Section, DS Office, Multan, and the Office of the Assistant Engineer, Pakistan Railways, Multan. Bidding forms can be purchased for Rs. 1,000/- per set (non-refundable) from the mentioned offices and will also be available at the bidding site.
