Tender Description
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) is procuring services for the establishment and operation of a Laboratory Collection Point (LCP) at its Medical Center in Larkana, Sindh. This tender is specifically for setting up a fully functional LCP within the premises of SSGC Larkana Medical Center to facilitate sample collection, identification, temporary storage, and safe transport of specimens for laboratory tests prescribed by SSGC Medical Officers for eligible employees and dependents.
The technical scope includes patient registration as per SSGC process, specimen collection (blood, urine, stool, swabs), pre-analytical quality controls, cold-chain maintenance, packaging and transportation of specimens to the contractor’s main laboratory, safe handling and disposal of biohazardous waste, and timely reporting and communication of results. The contractor is responsible for providing qualified staff including phlebotomists and lab technicians, ensuring staff security clearance, maintaining equipment such as phlebotomy chairs, vacutainers, PPE, spill kits, and temperature monitoring devices, and adhering to all safety and confidentiality protocols.
Eligibility requires the supplier to be active in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in two separate sealed envelopes under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Earnest money in the form of a fixed bid bond of Rs. 75,000 is mandatory. The bid submission deadline is **29-04-2026 at 12:30 hours**, with public opening at 13:00 hours on the same day via the EPADS portal.
