Establishment of OT, FAPs and Construction of Shingle Road in Kharmang Gilgit Baltistan

Gilgit Baltistan C&W Department B&R Division Kharmang invites sealed bids from well reputed and experienced contractors, firms, and joint ventures under GBPRA rule 39(a) using Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bidders must have valid PEC registration with relevant category/code for the works listed below in Kharmang, Gilgit Baltistan. Items being procured: - Establishment of OT at 20 Bedded Hospital Mehdiabad (Estimate Cost Rs. 12.064 Million) - Establishment of 02 Nos FAPs at Broqkhar and Koltor Halqa-III Kharmong: 1) Establishment FAP at Koltor (Estimate Cost Rs. 4.693 Million) 2) Establishment FAP at Broqkhar (Estimate Cost Rs. 4.693 Million) - Construction of Shingle Road Ghasing to Ghasing Broq (Phase-II) (Estimate Cost Rs. 7.200 Million) The scope includes civil works for hospital OT establishment, construction of first aid posts, and road construction with shingle surface. The works are to be executed at Mehdiabad, Koltor, Broqkhar, and Ghasing areas within Kharmang district. Eligibility requires PEC valid registration for CFY 2026-27, relevant PEC code and category, CNIC of bidder/firm, enlistment with procuring agency, affidavit of no blacklisting and no litigation certificate from C&W Department, and renewal receipt for CFY. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost in shape of CDR from scheduled bank is mandatory. Joint ventures must provide power of attorney and partnership deed duly attested. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract amount from scheduled bank/insurance company with AA rating is required.
