Tender Description
The District and Sessions Court, Shikarpur is procuring and establishing two fully equipped E-Libraries at the Court of Taluka Khanpur and the Court of Taluka Lakhi Ghulam Shah, both located in District Shikarpur, Sindh. This procurement includes supply, installation, and commissioning of hardware, software setup, furniture, and internet subscription services.
The technical scope covers advanced IT equipment such as Intel Core i5-14500 14th Gen desktops with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB NVMe SSDs, 24-inch LED monitors (Dell/HP), HP LaserJet printers, TP-Link AX1800 Wi-Fi 6 routers, smart 50-inch 4K UHD TCL TVs, UPS systems, Cat-6 wiring, and ergonomic furniture including compact laminated tables and mid-back revolving chairs. Additionally, yearly internet service and law site subscriptions are included.
Eligible bidders must be registered contractors, manufacturers, authorized distributors, or experienced service providers with valid FBR ATL status, NTN, GST registration, and a minimum annual turnover of PKR 1 million over the last three fiscal years. They should have completed at least four similar contracts and possess qualified technical staff. Blacklisted firms are not eligible.
The tender was published on 21st April 2026, with a submission deadline of 7th May 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes containing both technical and financial proposals to the Office of the 3rd Additional Sessions Court, Shikarpur. Technical bids will be opened at 11:00 a.m. followed by financial bids at 11:15 a.m. on the same day in the Court Room, 3rd Additional District and Sessions Court, Shikarpur.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure the Earnest Money of Rs. 26,000 per lot is submitted in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of the District and Sessions Court, Shikarpur, as bids without this will be rejected. Also, bidders should carefully prepare their technical proposals to meet all mandatory requirements to qualify for financial evaluation.
