Tender Description
The Department of Agriculture, Government of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Muzaffarabad, invites sealed bids for the Installation of Tele Conference and Meeting Facilities under the project Production of High-Value Crops in AJK for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per AJK-PPRA rules.
Items being procured:
- Installation of Tele Conference / Meeting facilities (1 lot, estimated cost Rs. 90,000)
The technical scope includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of teleconference and meeting equipment suitable for departmental use. Bidders must ensure that all equipment meets the required specifications and is installed at the designated site in Muzaffarabad. The project aims to enhance communication and coordination for high-value crop production initiatives across AJK.
Eligible bidders must submit a call deposit/earnest money of Rs. 3,000 (three thousand rupees) in favor of the Director Agriculture Extension, Muzaffarabad. Only firms registered with the Income Tax Department and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR are eligible to participate. Bids must be submitted in two separate envelopes (Technical and Financial) clearly marked as per the instructions. The deadline for submission is 15 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, and bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
