Evaluation and Feasibility Study of Naran Site for PSDP Project Construction of Meteorological Observatory at Naran and Bachelor Hostel at Balakot

The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), Regional Meteorological Centre (RMC) Peshawar, invites qualified firms to submit proposals for the Evaluation and Feasibility study of the Naran site under the PSDP project. The project involves the construction of a meteorological observatory at Naran and a bachelor hostel at Balakot for operational staff. This tender is issued by the Pakistan Meteorological Department, Regional Meteorological Centre, located on Khyber Road, Peshawar. Items being procured: - Evaluation and Feasibility Study of Naran Site - Construction of Meteorological Observatory at Naran - Construction of Bachelor Hostel at Balakot The scope includes a detailed technical and financial proposal for the third-party evaluation and feasibility assessment of the Naran site. The consultancy will cover site analysis, design recommendations, and operational feasibility for the meteorological observatory and hostel facilities. The work will be conducted primarily in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region, focusing on Naran and Balakot. Eligible firms must have relevant PEC consultancy registration, FBR active taxpayer status, and proven experience in similar feasibility and evaluation projects. The bid must include a Technical and Financial proposal submitted through the E-PAD system on a single-stage two-envelope basis. A bid security of 2% of the bid cost, refundable, must accompany the bid in the form of a CDR in favor of the Director RMC Peshawar. The original bid security must be submitted before the deadline. The tender closing date is **17th August 2026 by 1100 hours**, with bid opening at 1130 hours on the same day at the office of the Director, Regional Meteorological Centre, Peshawar. All government taxes should be included in the bid cost. Incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected. Payment will be made after successful completion of the task through AGPR Peshawar.
