Event Management and Catering Services for Protection-Sensitive Health Project in Peshawar, Charsadda, Mardan and Kohat

EHSAR Foundation, an implementing partner of CARE Pakistan, invites sealed tenders from registered and experienced Event Management and Catering Service Providers for provision of Event Management Services in the districts of Peshawar, Charsadda, Mardan and Kohat. This procurement is under the project titled Protection-Sensitive Access to Essential Health, Nutrition Screening, and Psychosocial Support for Vulnerable Displaced and Host Populations, funded by the European Union through ECHO Humanitarian Implementation Plan (HIP) and implemented in partnership with CARE Pakistan. Items being procured: - Catering and refreshments - Venues/halls - Tents/canopies - Furniture - Audio-visual equipment - Sound systems - Generators/backup - Stationery/printing - Other related event arrangements The tender pack contains detailed requirements, specifications, eligibility criteria, financial schedules and terms & conditions.
